Candle Elegance assures that all products undergo careful inspection before shipment. Unfortunately, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If any products are damaged during shipment, we are happy to replace or refund them upon receipt of photographic proof of damage within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all return items. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us at info[at]candleelegance.com and we will assist you.
